When a document below is a statement - bank, investment, retirement, or mortgage - please send all pages of the actual statement (even the ones that look blank). A screenshot or phone photo won't work, and your name needs to be visible on it. This is the single most common thing that slows a loan down, and sending it right the first time saves you a back-and-forth.
