Hi. I’m Penny. I run this place. Well - my Dad thinks he runs this place, but I’m the one who greets everybody, supervises the snacks, and makes sure nobody works too hard to notice a good belly rub.

A few words from me

Penny

On what a “home” really is 🏡

Humans get very worked up about square footage and interest rates. Me? A home is wherever my people are, plus a sunny spot on the floor and somebody dropping bits of cheese. That’s it. That’s the whole thing.

My Dad gets that. It’s why he doesn’t treat you like a number - he treats you like family. And I treat family very well.

Woof. (That means “he’s a good one.”)

He works late. He answers the phone when other people won’t. Sometimes I have to physically lie on his keyboard to remind him it’s dinner time - mine and his.

But here’s the thing: every single one of those late nights is somebody getting the keys to their first house. I’ve decided I’m okay with sharing him. (Mostly.)

10/10 human. Would adopt again.

My professional advice for homebuyers 🐾

One: don’t open new credit cards before closing. I don’t know what that means but my Dad says it a lot and he seems stressed about it, so, don’t.

Two: pick a yard with good sniffs. Three: call my Dad. Four: treats. Always treats.
