My story

Most lenders only know one side of a real estate deal. I know both - and that changes how I work for you.

Before I was a loan consultant, I was a licensed Realtor. I walked buyers through showings, wrote and negotiated offers, and felt the pressure of a closing date bearing down. I learned exactly where deals get stuck - and how a great lender keeps them moving.

Now I bring that experience to the financing side. When an agent sends me a client, or a buyer reaches out directly, I treat the file like the closing depends on it - because it does. I structure loans creatively, communicate at every step, and I'm honest about what's possible from day one.

Backed by New American Funding, I have a full menu of programs - from everyday conventional and FHA loans to the tougher files most lenders pass on: low-FICO FHA, DSCR investor loans, renovation and construction financing, bank-statement and asset-depletion programs, and NAF Cash. If there's a path to the closing table, I'll find it.
